SPRINGFIELD YOLO
Creating a positive change in the lives of Springfield’s Latino and African American youth by addressing consequences of high-risk behavior that can lead to HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and other health issues.

Springfield YOLO is a new media project that strives to provide a positive impact on the lives of Latino and African American youth living in Springfield, Massachusetts through education and prevention messages with an emphasis on HIV/AIDS awareness and substance abuse.

YOLO consists of a group of peer mentors who work to identify and research prominent issues in the Springfield community and educate their peers through group work, events and services.

Springfield YOLO is a New North Citizens’ Council program. NNCC’s mission is to improve and support Springfield’s Hispanic community by providing advocacy, public and human services.
